Common questions.

A few answers to get you moving again.

Does Sabja show temperature in degrees?

Sabja shows Apple’s system Thermal State: Nominal, Fair, Serious, or Critical. This describes thermal pressure rather than a temperature reading in °C or °F.

What do the four Thermal States mean?

Nominal means the system is within its normal thermal range. Fair indicates elevated thermal pressure; Serious and Critical indicate higher pressure. Use Sabja’s guidance to decide when to pause a demanding task.

Why isn’t my widget updating immediately?

Apple manages widget refresh timing, so a widget may show an earlier reading. Open Sabja for a current in-app reading, check that Pro access is active, and reopen the app after restoring a purchase. If the issue continues, include the widget type and device details in your email.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Check Sabja’s notification settings and its permission in your device’s Settings. Focus modes and notification delivery settings can silence or delay alerts. Include the type of alert you expected when contacting support.

Can Sabja cool my device automatically?

Sabja helps you understand thermal pressure and offers guidance. The operating system controls thermal management; Sabja cannot force the hardware to cool. Read Apple’s advice for a device that gets too hot or too cold.

YOUR PURCHASES

Access &
subscriptions.

Help with restoring access, managing a plan, or requesting a refund.

I purchased access but it isn’t available. What should I do?

Check that you are signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Connect to the internet, reopen the app, and use its Restore Purchases option. If access is still missing, email the developer with the plan and purchase date. Do not include your Apple Account password or payment-card details.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select the app. On Mac, use the App Store account settings to manage subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase, if you chose one, does not renew. Apple’s subscription guide.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and follow the refund-request steps. Eligibility is determined by Apple. Read Apple’s refund guide.
